Bottle from Pat’s Liquors in Porter, IN: This poured a hazy pale amber with a small, quickly vaniching head. The aroma smells of candy tangerines and oranges. The flavor is more akin to fresh tangerines topping some soft bready malt. Okay.

Very hazy light orange with a frothy white head displaying brief retention and no lace. The aroma is exactly like Orangina. Full-on tangerine flavour with a detectable wheaty substructure. The finish is a very pithy citrus-peel bitterness that actually is a little over the top for this beer. Not my thing.

Bottle thanks to drowland. Pours cloudy orange. No head. Nose is heavy orange rind and peeled tangerine with rind off, but skin still on. I get the same in the taste. Initially it tastes like a tangerine with skin on, but rind off and finishes with a semi-dry rind finish.

This fruit beer pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is tangerine and mango, with a hint of wheat. A medium bodied fruit beer. The malts are wheaty and cereal. The hops are slightly spicy. Well is certainly is a tangerine wheat beer, just loads of citrusy tangerine flavors. Yet there is some wheat beer backbone in the background. Crisp and clean. It is most definitely a tangerine wheat beer. The flavors are good, nothing artificial tasting. I kind of like this beer, it would be nice session ale for a hot summer day. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle, thanks Daknole! Bright orange with slight haze. Aroma is of tangerine, almost candy-like but remains pure with pith and skin aromas too. Light body. Strong tangerine flavors are pure with a slight wheat taste in the finish. The start and the finish of the beer are totally different. It’s interesting.

bottle form la bodega. Clear golden with a fluffy white head. Sweet citrus aroma. Tangerine taste followed by a wheat bread taste with honey notes.

This cloudy yellowish orange beer poured with a thin white head that bubbled away. There is a strong aroma of, guess what, tangerine. The flavor is wheat heavily laced with tangerine juice. It’s either bad beer or bad tangerine juice depending on your point of view.

From a bomber. The body was dark gold with a white colored head. The aroma was strong tangerines with some other tropical fruit like mango. The taste was banana peels with some tangerines. There was a bitter green leafy vegetable finish.

Bottle:   Hazy orange, rather murky while staying fairly fiery, thin sudsy white head, sparce lacing.   Smells like Tangerine flavored Alka Selzer.   Has that airyness to Alka Selzer when you stick it in water.   Wow, much the same on the tongue.   Not as medicinal, mild sweetness, a little chalky.   Wheat aspect isn’t all that filling, and the Tangerine is rather fake.   Oridnary body and mouthfeel, at least not as heavy and perhaps even a bit airy on the tongue.   This was a peculiar beer, if you could call it that.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. Holy tangerine, Batman, they aren’t kidding. The aroma on this is nothing but tangerine and some peel. The flavor on this is so citrus and tangerine that when mixed with carbonation it tastes almost exactly like diet orange soda. There is also just a hint of malt and hops, but it’s basically soda. Extremely high carbonation to boot.
