"looks like an IPA but brighter, smells of tangerine, tastes of tangerine...did i mention the tangerine? Not a well balanced beer, but somewhat refreshing anyway. A good summer seasonal and nothing more. You could taste the wheat as it warmed, but the tangerine flavor & nose, which isn’t bad, is WAY overdone. A little subtlety would have went a long way. 2013 tastes more bud light like esque every time."

Sampled from the bottle at the Oklahoma Craft Beer Fest. Pours a visibly carbonated pale gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet tangerine with a light wheat note backing. Flavor has sweet tangerine, sweet grains and sweet wheat. A bit soda like with the carbonation.

Draft at DRE. Pours hazy copper with nose of pale malt, tangerine, slight hops. Tastes hopcitric, with pale malt and a low level Sunkist orange soda flavor. Meh.

>> Hazy light golden pour, weak foam. Nose is candied orange, mixed drink, orange Creamsicle. Taste is candied lemon, forced artificial Five-Alive flavors. Okay.

12oz bottle. Hazy darker yellow-orange color (much like what I think tangerine nectar would look like), lots of visible particles that give the brew a really cool looking bottle when the glass is rotated. Nearly no head - a tiny cluster of like 15 bubbles on the surface and that’s it. I don’t even have to be near it, and I can smell the tangerine aroma. It smells a lot like Sunkist up close. This isn’t exactly tangerine juice, but I think "a hint of tangerine" is an understatement. A bit too carbonated. I want to drink this like it’s juice, but the carbonation makes this less smooth. Sweet taste. Going to sour. Interesting, but not the most drinkable fruit beer.

Very hazy light orange with a frothy white head displaying brief retention and no lace. The aroma is exactly like Orangina. Full-on tangerine flavour with a detectable wheaty substructure. The finish is a very pithy citrus-peel bitterness that actually is a little over the top for this beer. Not my thing.

Bottle 1 pt 6 fl oz on June 26, 2015. From Hillsdale Liqour Store in Portland, Oregon.
Clear golden color, big whtie head. Tangering, citrus, zest scent. Tangeringe, bitter, malty taste. Zest, pith, tangerine aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Shorty at Yard House - Cincinnati. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. It smells like an orange wedge has already been squeezed into a Blue Moon. The flavor is basically the same as the nose - wheat, orange, and mild spice. Really zesty. Light-medium bodied, with medium to high carbonation and a sharp, citrusy mouthfeel. Pretty refreshing beer that accomplishes what it sets out to do.

Draught at Tadg’s. Deep golden orange. Huge tangerine nose, like a Fanta. Slightly creamy. Flavor is tangerine, wheat malt, and something spicy. Decent enough, but a bit soda-like and the fruit is not very natural tasting.

On tap at OTH. I want to love this beer. The smell is great, filled with orange/tangerine, really fresh smell. Light wheat with light golden color. It is very unfortunate that the taste is just too artificial. It reminds me of orange bubble gum. Smooth and refreshing. Would not mind trying it again.
