can from lumpy(and yes i will add a trade to your profile soon) all i can think to say is, fuck you lump. i could end the rating there, but i won’t. pale yellow, active loud white head that did not last. smelled of honeysuckle that grew by the rows of corn out where i grew up, well if there was also an overturned garbage truck nearby that is. oh and metal. taste: well, lets go back to this line: fuck you lumpy. overly sweet corn juice, tastes like all the other crappy pale lagers but with extra creamed corn. my taste buds are pissed, they thought the days of swilling were over except for the occasional camo black ice, because damnit, it is a usefull beer. this was a bad beer, i hope lumpy enjoys the malt liquor i sent him half as much. 2 3 2 1 5

Pours a clear, deep golden color with a modest white head. Nose is very grainy, sweet apple, light corn note with some finishing alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and reminds me of apple juice. Light grainy middle, light spicy hops kiss toward the end. Pretty one dimensional, sweet. Typical crummy beer feeling - very light with lots of fizz. Overall not as bad as I thought it would be. Actually a drinkable cheap beer for camping/lawn mowing without being that harsh super cheap flavor.

Piss yellow with a medium-to-large frothy head that falls to a thin film. Tons of BIG bubbles pop up from the bottom as if there was an aquarium bubbler in the glass. Sour grape, sweetcorn, wheat and fusel alcohol nose. Nastily sweet and alcoholic flavor. Grainy, metallic finish. Hot and disgusting. It says something considering we brought most of the 12-pack back home with us from the fishing trip - this stuff was tough to choke down.

This was pitted head-to-head against Keystone Ice in the Great American Shite Beer Taste-Off. Colorado vs Wisconsin. Ice vs Ice. This poured a darker straw colour than Keystone with the same brief white foamy cap. Aroma of corn syrup and apples. Flavour is sweet bland grain with a harsh slightly chemical aftertaste. This brings to mind an interesting question. Does one desire more flavour in ones beer even if said beer is a can of shit? Hmmmm...

Can, but it says 5.6% abv. Pours a golden color with a decent white head that slowly fades. Taste is of corn, sugar and is really sweet. The sweetness reminds me of fruit beers and malt liquors. Aroma is the same, but alcohol is present. Not as watery as what I was expecting. For the price ($5 a 12 pack) this is a decent beer. Goes down easy and doesn’t taste that bad. A good beer to get drunk on. Also the label is kind of neat.

(Can) Pours a clear yellow body with a small quickly dissipating white head. Aroma of lemon, corn, and some floral. Flavor of cardboard, grain, metallic, and stale water.

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2007 Can. Looks like a macro-gold with a foamy white head. Nose-smells like a macro-very corny, straw, pungent, perfumey, sweet, not good. Taste-tastes like a very fruity overly sweet macro, berry, apple, corny, WAY too sweet, foul, a lot worse than I thought it was going to be. An overly sweet macro mess. Just foul. Burns going down, which is a bad way to finish a bad beer. Bitter and sticky mouthfeel. Hands down one of the worst beers I have ever had.

This was the other beer that I got for my birthday. Pretty badass if I do say so myself. Lost Lake holds a special place in the hearts of my friends and I, so it was cool to get. The beer isn’t really good, but it tastes ok really cold. Get the ICE in me.

Looks like any other fizzy yellow beer. More corn than malt in the aroma along with some metallica. Same with the flavor, sweet followed by sour with some aluminum. Drink this cold. Very cold.
