COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional German beer style that was all but extinct 30 years ago. An amazingly refreshing beer brewed with coriander and sea salt. The tart, dry finish combined with the hint of salt and citrus leaves your palate craving another sip.

8oz glass at a beer dinner. Pours a light hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma slightly funky. Flavor big salt hit under sour with coriander peeking through. Medium body. My first sour and a strange experience. This might drink really well on a hot summer day.

Smells tart and sour. Color is an off yellow, sort of cloudy. Not sure if I get coriander notes, but I like the sour flavor, with maybe a hint of malt and a nice ale after taste

Tap at the Prohibition Pig. Poured a pretty clear staw yellow with small bubbly white head. Aroma was on the weaker side with some tart citrus and straw. Flavor had bread, lemon, grass, hay, funk. Nicely tart. Light body and a thin texture to it. Lively carbonation and dry finish. Refreshing.

murky hay gold, fizzy white head dies quick. Salty with light white pepper nose, light sulfury acid and metallic pale grain. Salty front palate, light cracker and rice mid, spritzy carb with faint bandaid phenols, more pepper mid palate before tingling citric acid clenches jowls through the finish.

Bottom of the can stamped 07 / 07/15. This was poured into a stange. The appearance was a hazy burnt yellow color with a one and a half finger white foamy head that dissipated within about thirty seconds. Light speckled carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Barely any lacing was left in the wake of the head. The smell started off with a crisp refreshing blend of sour wheat to sweet citrus grabbing my nose and punching it with a fairly sharp orange rind. The taste takes the previously mentioned flavors to combine and add a light dose of salt to taste. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation comes across restrained but good. Overall, I say this was a pretty nice crisp refreshing gose that I would have again.

Pour is hazed golden yellow with a small amount of tight white head. Nose has a fair bit of salt, light citrus, a hint of sulfur. Flavor is a bit muddled, wheat and malt, light salt, citrus, a bit of citric acid in back. Body gets a touch heavy, moderate carb, faintly dry finish.

Many thanks to Rian! Nice fresh sourish beginning. A bit too mouldy, not too sourish. Fruity sourish aftertaste with hints of mould. Nice.

Säuerlich kräuterartiger Antrunk, fruchtig. Spritzig, die Kräuternoten bleiben weitestgehend konstant, etwas flaches Ende. 11/11/12/12/11/11

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving no lacing. Saltwater, wheat and citrus aromas. Medium bodied with citrus saltwater taffy upfront turning to dry marshmallow in the medium length finish.

Drank from the can with aromas of sea salt, coriander, and subtle wheat. Flavors were the same nice saltiness not over the top nice wheat as well, light and refreshing really like this glad I have a 4 pack of it.
