COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional German beer style that was all but extinct 30 years ago. An amazingly refreshing beer brewed with coriander and sea salt. The tart, dry finish combined with the hint of salt and citrus leaves your palate craving another sip.

8oz glass at a beer dinner. Pours a light hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma slightly funky. Flavor big salt hit under sour with coriander peeking through. Medium body. My first sour and a strange experience. This might drink really well on a hot summer day.

Location: Cask at Blind Tiger, 3/15/2015

Aroma: The nose is grapefruit rind and juice, other tropical notes, yeast, and a little salinity
Appearance:It pours a murky yellow color, sort of an off-white head, sticky lace
Flavor: Nice flavor, leans more toward the grapefruit/tropical side, good sourness, solid salinity
Palate:The body is medium, leaning light, with a pretty solid overall mouthfeel
Overall Impression: Interesting one. Grapefruit. Dry hopped with Galaxy. I thought the balance was there between the grapefruit sweetness, tartness, and the salinity.

For breaky at the Skinny Pancake in Burlington. Pours beautifully white cloudy golden. Aroma and flavor are excellent for the style, nose is subtly sweet and tart with light lemon almost and not quite salty, just so smooth and refreshing in the nose. The flavor brings smooth lemon tart, crispy wheat, subtle sweetness, and the salt is balanced so well with those flavors the beer is delicious!

This poured a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma was of grassy grain, cracked wheat, lemon juice. Flavor was lightly acidic, but not overly so, wheaty and mild salinity. Ok gose.
