A traditional German beer style that was all but extinct 30 years ago. An amazingly refreshing beer brewed with coriander and sea salt. The tart, dry finish combined with the hint of salt and citrus leaves your palate craving another sip.

8oz glass at a beer dinner. Pours a light hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma slightly funky. Flavor big salt hit under sour with coriander peeking through. Medium body. My first sour and a strange experience. This might drink really well on a hot summer day.

Can, with label as pictured. Pretty good, not too tart or sour but a little bit of the flavor. Light color, easy to drink, not heavy at all. Pretty solid example of the style, I suppose.

Pours a hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of coriander, lacto and citrus. Taste is sour wheat, coriander, salt, creamy wheat and lemon juice. This is very true to style with a good level of tartness. Very nice.

Pint can from secret Santa pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Doughy citrus aroma. Really nice refreshing tart citrus zip in the taste, light papery coriander, not intense at all, light salt, lightly sour on the finish. Best Gose I’ve ever had, which is due to the lack of coriander flavor. Crushable!!
