COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A ruby colored ale that has a pronounced hop character. This smooth beer features a soft malt body that is complimented by American hops and dry hopped with whole flower hops just prior to kegging for a fresh hop finish.

On tap in a sampler: pours amver amber with a thin white head. Aroma is herbal chamomile with tropical hops. Taste is really bright with lots of honey malt, and citrus finish. Medium body, awesome beer.

Pours Amber with a thin white head. Aromas mostly of sweet fruit with hints of grass. Flavors of fruit and a bit of hop bitterness and a slight hint of caramel.

Rich, semi-translucent copper pour. The aroma suggests depth and sprightly character. Red apple and berries, underlaid with chestnuts, toffee, woodsy hops and molasses-soaked wheat bread.

The taste offers a taut balance of super clean malts and just-right earthy hop bitterness. This sturdy but quenching flavor feels like an homage to some long-established European archetype, though one that finds new corners of possibility.

This is rich in malt texture; clean and fulsome through the mid palate and semi dry with nut skins and herbal flourishes at the finish. Its depth of character and intangible, whimsical aura reveal the love that went into it. To some this may seem simplistic, but its simplicity is no small part of what makes this incredible beer so stunning.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with some lacing, fast fading head. Nose of orange peel, caramel, malt, mild pine. Flavor is soap, orange peel, caramel. Bitter finish. A bit too simple.

$4 for the full pint served at the source. Shared with jamesewelch by the windows at the sidebar. Pours a dark orange with a sudsy whitish ringed head resting atop. Yeasty, with some sourdough, noble hops, and elderberries. Vague spice at swallow. Crisp.

My Bottom Line:
Citrus fruit, gooseberries, bananas thrive within this brew’s hop and ester profile, leading to a balanced finish.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the shiny copper.
-Mouthfeel is appropriately slender.
-The intensity of the flavor profile is moderate.
-This is as creative as it is enjoyable and drinkable.

On tap at the brewery taproom.

Growler poured into cups for Christmas party. Nice beer, bready but not too thick. solid notes of caramel notes and refreshing aftertaste. Was a little better on the second glass after it had warmed up a bit.

Draft at Lost Nation. Medium amber pour, medium bodied. Fruity yeastiness. Floral bitterness, caramel malts. Sort of rare vos-ish. Decent
