Pours a clear golden with a small white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of slight creamed corn and pilsner malt. Taste is moderately bitter and grainy. Body is medium and carbonation high. Overall a fair pilsner but the nose is slightly problematic.

On tap at the brewery. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of toasted and pale malts, some bread/dough, and some light floral hops. Flavor the same with a nice, crisp finish. Average texture. A really good beer for the style.

Draft to taster at Lost Nation. Looks solid; a mostly transparent light gold with white lacing. Smells solid too; a great balance of pilsner malt, hops, and lager yeast with a touch of grain. Tastes like it smells with a nice, clean mouthfeel. A good example of the style.

   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 8/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 14/20
AirForceHops (4155) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 12, 2014
Draft at Positive Pie, Montpelier, VT. Clear gold with slight head retention. Aroma is clean grain, Pilsner malt and light lager yeast byproduct.

Palate is clean and crisp with alight abrupt noble hop bitterness. Pretty well made and spot on for the style. Easy to drink in any season, fall, winter… summer. Solid but I just wish it had something to distinguish itself from any other Pils. If you like the style you will enjoy this, clean.

Pours a pale golden color with a finger of white foam. Lots of nice bready cracker malt character thats heightened by some peppery, grassy bitterness. Crisp clean with a hint of honey sweetness to round the whole beer out. Solid pilsner offering.

On tap at Pizza Stone. Clear pale gold with lasting head and lace. Fresh mild grass and floral and crackery aroma. Mild crackery malts with hints of vanilla wafers with medium very dry very clean noble bitterness and super clean finish. Light and lively. An excellent classic interpretation.
