This one started out nicely, but really started giving off a bit of butteriness on the finish. Not sure what happened here, but definitely had some good things going for it. Would like to try it again in case I got a funky keg pour.

Taster at the source pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aromas of malt bread and grass. Taste is dry and light with noble pils lingering in the finish.

Pours a clear golden with a small white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of slight creamed corn and pilsner malt. Taste is moderately bitter and grainy. Body is medium and carbonation high. Overall a fair pilsner but the nose is slightly problematic.

New England Bucket List Trip Beer #111. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale golden with a thin fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of bready malt, mild grassy hops. The taste is bready malt, snappy, grassy floral hops. Mild lingering bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours light golden with a white head. Aroma of toasted and pale malts, some bread/dough, and some light floral hops. Flavor the same with a nice, crisp finish. Average texture. A really good beer for the style.

b3shine (6509) - Indiana, USA - NOV 14, 2014
Draft to taster at Lost Nation. Looks solid; a mostly transparent light gold with white lacing. Smells solid too; a great balance of pilsner malt, hops, and lager yeast with a touch of grain. Tastes like it smells with a nice, clean mouthfeel. A good example of the style.

   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 8/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 14/20
AirForceHops (4395) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 12, 2014
Draft at Positive Pie, Montpelier, VT. Clear gold with slight head retention. Aroma is clean grain, Pilsner malt and light lager yeast byproduct.

Palate is clean and crisp with alight abrupt noble hop bitterness. Pretty well made and spot on for the style. Easy to drink in any season, fall, winter… summer. Solid but I just wish it had something to distinguish itself from any other Pils. If you like the style you will enjoy this, clean.
