3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Serving: Draft at the brewery. It pours a dark brown color. The nose is nutty with light roast notes. The flavor is heavy with nuttiness, some earth, and a lingering bitterness. The body is thin but highly sessionable. The finish is very clean. Perhaps a bit different than it’s German counterparts, but pretty tasty.
