(sampled at the Manitou Craft Lager Festival 8/14/11). Gold color with light cloudiness. Small white head. Light pils malt aroma with very light grassy hops. Flavor of the same, with light earthy/grassy character. Avg duration. Light dry finish. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Fair lacing.

Bottle - Thanks - shared with Mette. Clear yellow/golden - white head. Bread, grassy, egg, citrus, light light flowery, nice hoppy, light toasted, ok bitterness, clean, classic and pleasant.

Bottled. A pale golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish. I’m confused - what is a Pacific Pilsner? and why is it brewed on the east coast of the US? Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottled. Light golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Aroma of light fruits, some herbs, some flowers, spice. flavour of sweetness, herbs, light flowers, Medium bodied. ends on a light herbal bitterness.

Bottle. Light golden with a small white head. Toasted malty, flowery hoppy. Taste is sweet malty with a well timed flowery hop punch. Medium body. Grassy, herbal. Well made.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy and light herbal. Bitter, grassy and light citrusy. Bitter, citrusy and light grassy hoppy. Ends dry.

clear yellow, smooth white head. aroma is very mild, mild pils alike aroma. flavor is malty, flowery, european hoppy, okay pils flavor. a bit heavy on the malts, but it works well.

On tap sampler at Westover Beer Haus in Arlington, VA. Clear, sparkling pale yellow with decent head and lacing. Aroma of flora hops and light pilsener malts. Taste is crisp, lightly bitter with a touch of fruity sweetness. Light mouthfeel with moderate carbonation that becomes foamy in the mouth. Growler pours golden yellow with the whitest head I have ever seen. Aroma is mostly GRAS with some grassy hop notes. Tastes are a bit of grass, some grain, and slight grape or fruit. Body is average with average carbonation. True to style and not overly flavorful. However a quality session beer nonetheless.

Draft. Crystal clear straw body with medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, straw, pine, light grass. Taste is moderately sweet, straw, grassy, light bread. Light-medium body, somewhat soft, some resin.
