Pours a clear amber with a thick fluffy head. Aroma of caramel and bread with a moderately sweet malty flavor. Light carbonation, easy to drink. Very good Okt/Marzen

Im not the biggest fan of this style but really enjoyed this one. For me, thats a great indication of being a great beer. The sweetness is balanced perfectly with a slight bit of toast / biscuit malty goodness.

Draft at American ice. Hazy dark amber color, huge creamy off white head with amazing retention. Aroma of lightly spiced caramel and bread. taste is malty and VERY easy to drink. Close your eyes and you can picture a large German Fräulein carrying 6 liters of this stuff on each of her capable arms. Exactly on style.

Sampled tap, then shared 22oz bottle later on in the day. Poured a clear light orange color, small white head. Aroma was biscuit malts, malty, sweet malts, malts. Flavor was malty, biscuit. Enjoyable both on tap and in the bottle.

Normally I am a huge fan of this type of beer unfortunately this time I feel let down, which is unusual for Lost Rhino. The beer has a beautiful malted color with a rich head, but that is where it goes downhill for me. The floral note is almost overpowering, and the taste has a bitterness that reminds of me soap. I will not be consuming this one again.

Serving: Growler from the brewery. It pours a clear gold orange with a small frothy off white head. The nose is grainy with toasted malt and a little marshmallow. The flavor is a little grainy with a bit of sweetness, toast, and malt with a little soap. Medium, soft body with average carbonation and a dry finish. Not a bad interpretation.
