Tap at Smoke and Barrel. Weak head formation. Scant lace. Clear golden pour. Nose is clean and fruity, lemon detergent. Taste is sharp, soapy, slightly too chemical. Finish is sharper chemical bitterness. Lacing is webby and complete. The fiancé thinks it tastes like citrus Emergen-C powdered drink. Fizzy, sickly palate.

Serving: Draft at the brewery. It pours a slightly hazy deep yellow color with an almost creamy white head. The nose is full of noble hops with a nice grassiness. The flavor follows suit with a touch of grain and lots of grassy hops. Light to medium body with smooth carbonation and a crisp finish. Tasty brew.
