COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Louisiane Pilsener is reminiscant of the classic czech style where beer was fermented in long underground ice caves. This lower than normel temperature and extended maturation, present a crisp refreshing lager, with balanced Saaz hop bitterness. This beer compliments especially hot and spicy seafood, where the malt sweetness and hop bitterness balance chili and spice flavors. Colour: 15 EBC Bitterness: 30 IBU ABV: 5.0%

Draught@brewpub. Clear yellow color, steady small white head. Lemony hoppy nose. Hayish, nicely Saaz-hopped Czech type tasty pils. A bit watery for being 5%, but probably the best pils in Vietnam.

sipping it on the beach makes it better. This crisp, clear beer has strong citrus and floral notes. Noticeable hops balance the maltiness well.

A decent beer, especially given the overall quality of blondish beers in Vietnam. A really great lighter beer for the beer, well rounded.

A clear golden colored beer with thick white head. The aroma of malts and hop bitter. The taste is dry bitter of fresh hops with some fruits like citrus. The aftertaste of hopbitter with sweets.

Golden colour. Rich, herbaceous noble hop aroma...it’s a little different than the usual pilsner on account of Kiwi hops. It’s rich and woody, with lingering bread and a caramelly underpinning. Moderate bitterness in this beer is herbal, but at 32IBUs it’s one of the more robust beers in SE Asia. Light fruity hop notes balanced by rich malts underneath. Complex, rounded example, one of the better lagers in VN.

Draft @ brewpub. Pure golden with lots of rising bubbles, effervescent, lasting head with even lacing. Aroma is fresh chlorophyll, marijuana, bitter herbs and leafy freshness. Soft, velvety mouthfeel belies the fizzy appearance. The house character of beer is soft, delicate. Has a good balance, lots of sweetness, almost sugary malts but the hops balance it out. A delicate take on the style with good bitterness and high sessionability.

Draught at Louisiane Brewhouse, Nha Trang. Clear golden with a medium white head. Good floral aroma. Malty and citrus flavours. Well balanced and good bitterness to the finish. A solid pils, very nice.

Draught at the brewhouse. This is new on the tap, we went by this place 2 yesterday and this was empty. So it is fresh !! Clear wellow – white head. Rather high citrus bitterness, straw, white bread, cactus. Refreshing – nice bitterness finish. A simple beer.
