COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lousiane witbier is brewed in the classic Belgian style. Coriander orange, and a special yeast culture are used to create a complete amd complex yet light beer. Local and imported wheat grains are blended with a special light coloured pale malt to give this refreshing finish. This slightly cloudy beer is delicious with seafood like oyster or crustaceaus, while it’s lower alcohol content makes it perfect for drinking in the hot wheather. Colour: 8 EBC Bitterness: 22 IBU ABV: 4.8%

A very tasty drink. The coriander is evident among the hoppy aftertaste. The aroma fills your nostrils as you swallow, a great sensation.

Yellow. Clear. Icing sugar aroma with lime and coriander. Soft body. Balanced fruit and coriander on the palate. Light spicy finish and low hop note. Quite clean, perhaps not enough yeast character, as to be expected since it looks a little filtered.

Beershine (4762) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - NOV 26, 2009
Draft @ brewpub. Clear, warm gold with scattered lacing. Nice floral, herbal estery aroma is sweet and gentle. Soft, velvety but thin palate. Flavors match the perfumy, floral aromas. Not soapy. Sweet but not too sweet with lots of orange. Finishes dry and flowery. Not the best of the Louisiane bunch but the lightest and beachiest, best for daytime first beer of the day sort of thing.
