Das Bier schmeckt leicht herb zu Beginn, der leicht süße Honigton gefällt sehr. Der ebenfalls süße Mittelteil führt in einen klebrigen Nachgeschmack, in dem nach einiger Zeit noch einmal ein herbes Aroma aufkommt. Deutlich besser als das Schwarzbier der selben Brauerei!

OK, but with a diacetyl element that would not go away; really buttery. Bread, hay, other flavors but sticky, slickly out of tune. Aromas OK, typically hoppy spice and malty straw. Palate only ok in the beginning.

Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. Rather "unclean". Not much bitterness. A bit dissapointing. Thanks a lot Stefan!

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, hops and butter. Nice and oily palate.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Some butterscotch notes. Light bitter butter flavor. Moderate bitter average finish. Watery palate.
