Jul 4, 2008 Dark brown reddish colour, clear. Has an off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma has some nice descret burnt notes, sweet too. Flavor starts moderate sweet and finish moderate bitter. Texture is syrup.

Bottle brown, 500 ml
Head is off- brown, quickly decreasing. Ruby, deep amber to brown body, aroma of smoked malts and wood plank. Flavour is sweet, spicy, caramel, very little bitterness or smoke, mild beverage with texture of tee with carbonation of flat coke. Smooth and low to medium bodied.

Dec 11, 2007 Kein gelungenes Schwarzbier. Es sieht schon gut aus, aber ist mir zu süß und zu malzig. Kann sich mit den Top-Schwarzen wie dem Köstritzer nicht messen.
