In short: A cross between a Belgian golden ale and an American IPA. Good beer.
How: Tap at Chambly Beer Festival 2009
The look: Cloudy dark orange topped by a medium off-white head
In long: Nose is hoppy with an unusual signature that blends leafy, resinous and cat litter notes in a strange way. Pleasant thick body with a lively carbonation. Lots of caramel and moderately fruity (citrus fruits). Strong leafy and grassy hops presence. The bitterness is of medium intensity and is more “round” than sharp with the caramel and citrus fruits sticking around. This was described as a Belgian Pale Ale but to me it tasted more like an unfiltered American IPA with a rich caramelized and body. And for the less educated people reading this rating who don’t speak french cow, this beer is called Moooo!

A golden hazy amber ale with a thick moka head. A lightly herbal malt with coriander notes, fruity esters, dryish. In mouth, a crisp grainy malt with orange peels, sweetish candy sugar. Quite nice. On tap at Fête Bieres et Saveurs, Sept. 4 2009.
