Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours muddy yellow with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is sweet red apples. Very dry barnyardy flavor. Ends dry. Good.

Bottle 750ml.

Gusher - floating big lumps of yeast, hazy medium grey yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweat notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart apple, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20100912]
