COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fermented and maturated in oak vats. No adding yeast. Spontaneous fermentation because of adding freshly pressed Barbera grapes juice that contains the skins, directly from a viticulturist near Alba. Brewed once a year at vintage time obviously. Available in 375 ml or 750 ml bottles.

DON’T BE FOOLED. THIS IS A GLORIFIED SPARKLING WINE/WINE COOLER. YUCK. No head. Way too much carbonation. It’s a crime to call this a beer.

Svårt att uppskatta den här. Inte bra helt enkelt. Som ett dåligt hemgjort vin som inte jäst klart riktigt

02-MAY-2013, bottle @appartment in Rome, from Eataly. Murky red with very low pink head. Aroma of cherry, red wine, wood, and vinegar. Taste is very fruity with cherry and grapes. Wood and brett. Red wine, vinegar. Moderately tart. Some sweetness. All flat. Full body. Long fruity aftertaste. Nice. Would have prefered some carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
