Color ramato scuro. Al naso deciso vinoso, sentore legnoso e leggero fruttato. In bocca gli 8 gradi non si fanno sentire, anzi la beva è molto semplice, e va giù che è un piacere, ancora molto vinosa, aspra e leggermente secca.

Pours hazy dark orange-red color with a small head. Aroma of rose hip, sourish cherries, wood, some yeast notes, faint malts and grapes. Flavor of sour dark berries, goose berries, grape fruits and some earthy yeast notes. Mild sourish palate. Very nice and balanced.

Pours a dark murky pink amber colour with a small faint head. Aroma of raspberries, white grapes, herbs and some wood. Flavour of tart juicy raspberries, cherries, grapefruit, wood, strong herbs and some weak vanilla notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a juicy, dry, berry finish. A nice juicy sour ale.

Taste is very fruity with cherry and grapes. Wood and brett. Red wine, vinegar. Moderately tart. Some sweetness.
All flat. Full body. Long fruity aftertaste. Nice. Would have prefered some carbonation.

Pours reddish brown with no head. Nose is grapes, grapes, grapes, vinegar, grapes and soil. The taste is a wonderful tart with a hint of bitter and some good sweetness. The mouthfeel is soft and sticky, the body is medium and the finish is long.
