UPDATED: DEC 6, 2013 Buona versione di oud bruin prodotta dall?italiano Loverbeer. Molto equilibrata ma nello stesso anche complessa, con note di botte e invecchiamento che ne esaltano l?acido.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Brown amber with no head. Aroma of fruits, sour caramel, some vinegar but seems flat. Taste is Taste of Fruity malt, tart sour caramel. The ale is totally flat, dunno if that is the intention but think i got a blank bottle.

3.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Dark Ruby with little but persistent head. Aroma of deep red fruit, prunes, dark caramel, heavy red wine. Taste sour and roasty, with lingering fruit. Nor quite as complex as most beers of the style, but not bad.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at Olympen, june 29th 2013. Muddy brown body, tuny white head. Acidic aroma of vinegar and fruit, wood, cherries and sweet malt. Taste is a solid caramel base with fruity yeast esters and citric acids, without ever going very sour. Warm winish finish, a great beer, just too bad the taste doesn’t quite match the first impression of the smell.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
from Erzbierschof - pretty clear dark reddish-brown beer with no head retention; notes of cork come first, aroma of wood, vanilla and sour cherries, vinegar; medium- to full-bodied, gently sticky and pretty sourish and astringent; the palate fails a bit short on the end; cork notes dominate the finish in an unpleasant manner; pretty dry
