3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
33cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks! Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of basement, fruits and yeast with hints of berries and spices. Medium body and lively carbonation. Lightly sweet and fruity with a dry and somewhat bitter finish. Quite strange, but refreshing. (2012-09-15)

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught at the Beer Table, Brooklyn, New York.
Hazy red colour, no head. Looks like a glass of redwine.
Sweet vinous aroma with biscuity maltiness and lots of mildly sour/tart fruits. Dry red berries, mild sourish vinous notes, musty grapes and mold in flavour. Good one.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Brewed with Freisa grape must. Weird, right? The nose is full of fruits, especially musty grapes and berries (mostly cherry, with skins and pits). More sweet than tart, and nicely dry. On the subtle side for a sour.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Served in a stem glass. Crimson red color with nearly no head. Soft C02, no retention. Nose is fruity with over ripe notes and some mild brett. Flavor is again, mild Brettannomyces, fruits(mostly cherries) and light oak. More tart then sour. Lightly acidic. Small pucker effect in the finish. Texture is very dry. For being a young sour, it is good.

Amber color with no head. Aroma is tart cherries, apples, and vinegar. Flavor is sour with more cherries and vinegar. Not as sour as your typical lambic but still sour. Overall good beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a rosey rusty brown color with a two finger fizzy head that disappears quickly... but lots of rising bubbles keep the ring alive and bubbling like a volcano in the center LOTS of bottom risers here ! This beer even sounds good with fizzy white noise calling you from the glass. Aromas are earthy, tart, sweet with notes of strawberry, grape, cherry and plum.... tons of fruit. On the palate the fruit is more subdued than I would have thought it to be... great mouthfeel with great champagne like bubbles. Earthy notes of composte, autumn leaves, round malts, dark plum, wild brett and touches of tart cider.... alot of complex notes here... with a finish that taste like a moist forest floor at the turn of fall. Yum
