COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
- Lorenzo Dabove in arte Kuaska

Bottle shared by jcwatts. Poured an ugly chunky light burgundy brown with a larger thick creamy light beige head. Aroma of sour cherries, some funkiness, lots of medicinal notes, wine soaked bread. Big body with stronger carbonation and a lingering aftertaste along with a sour burn on the end. Flavor of chianti and bread, some sour cheery and funk plus a touch of lemon sourness on the very end.

Tap at local taphouse. Aromas of red grapes, straw and smoke. Taste is quite earthy. The tartiness isn't over powering. It's solid but not amazing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at Brewdog Brum. Amber (I love Bish). Blimey, this is a strange one. Has definite rouge fruit notes, but coupled with genuine tree bark flavouring, which is dry, earthy and has hints of choc. Is it sour? Kind of. There is rosehip. I have never eaten a rosehip. On the whole: up.

Fiery deep amber color. Sour cherries and lemon in the nose with oak and wood. The mouth is disappointingly not dry and sour as expected. Some what malty a bit unbalanced though it shows character - wood, cherries and slightly tart. This beer has so much potential and never gets anywhere near it could go and ultimately is a muddled sour beer.
