Bottle, Hazy red/brown, big off white head. Huge strawberry and blackberry nose, bit of citrus, some light funk, bit of mustiness and light spice on the nose.Taste is fruit all the way, strawberry, rhubarb and bit plum notes. Light citric funk, slight musty sourness, pepper, more red berry. Great fruit sweetness coupled with the citric musty tang. Nowhere near 8%. Really clean and refreshing, a biting quench of thirst. Great stuff.

Smell is sweet , raspberries .
Taste is raspberries ( thumbs up !) with a cardboard aftertaste ( hide those tumbs !) very weird beer . Shame for the aftertaste , cause the first taste is great !

Bottle from an Italian PUB’R lover. Pours turbid ruby copper with fizzy off-pink head. Nose is earthy lactic funk, yeast, fruit. Tastes fruity, with cherry, lactose, funky yeasty malt, and a complex finish. Yet another great sour from this brewer, and it ends more tart than it starts.

Tap at Brasserie V. Red body. Big foamy head which fades away and leaves a quarter of the glass empty. Muddled fruit. Kind of has a wine-like thing going on. Lemony mild tartness. Not much carbonation. A touch harsh in alcohol, this isn’t that impressive, though the fruit favors carry it. Honey mead tones too. Not so much finesse or refinement. OK. Like a Flanders Red with wine. Very Italian.
