3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark copper to light bron color, beige head. Aroma is hoppy-sour, couldn’t distinguish something in particular. Taste is slightly fruity with lemon and orange, and sour with smelly horse-saddle notes. Not bad, nice balance. Light body with medium carbonation.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
It’s a slightly hazy brew of red, 1" of foam, laces like a champ.
The nose is a big mix of tart cherries and Brett. I can’t decide which is stronger.
Tart cherries, funky flavour, just as I expected. The label says strawberries, raspberries, and red currants...umm...okay. Not cherries, my mistake. I do get them there fruity flavours *after* reading that. And you know what? I dig them. Astringency? Holy feck yes.
Light body, zesty level of carbonation, good mouthfeel and the brew got cloudy with the last few ounces added to the glass.
This is very good, but again, as with most Italian craft beers, the price is out of whack for the size of the bottles.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: NOV 20, 2014 37,5cl in teku. Pours a quite abundant and very persistent off white head, dark orange to ruby very hazy colour. Smells very fruity, rasp/straw berries, brett/yeast, leather, hints of cellar. Tastes again very fruity, red berries, grape, cherries, ribes, wood, wine like notes; perfect amount of sweetness intially, followed by some delicate sour-tart notes; almolst no bitterness at all. Lively carbonation, medium bodied, creamy/fizzy texture. Very balanced, smooth and drinkable, but not as complex, nor pungent, as other Loverbeer’s I’ve tasted

Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustav. Sötsyrligbesk i riktigt bra balans. Fruktig och bärig med viss sötma, jordgubbar, hallon och söta druvor/russin, citrussyrlig och snäll vinägersyra, avslutas med påtaglig citruszestbeska. Riktigt gott.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught Faintly cream-pinkish coloured head, medium, over red/orange tinted amber beer. Woody, cocoa powder to (British) chocolate, faintly vinous, some dried fruit. Lightly sourish, ever so slightly astringent, faintly fruity beer - can’t determine which fruit even when I know. But overall very demure - too demure. Light body, well-carbonated, little aftertaste and nothing new. Not bad - but I’d expected a LOT more fireworks from Valteri.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The wine like notes and lemony funk override any foo foo fruity aspects. Dark amber pour, almost berry like color. Sour without the vinegar, as previously stated. Strawberry and red grapes. Pretty nice brew though not a standout in one of my favorite styles."
