- Lorenzo Dabove in arte Kuaska

On tap @ mikkeller bar. Schiuma quasi assente, birra rosso rubino velata. Aroma di frutta rossa dalle ciliege ai lamponi. Note citriche , un po’ di acetico e sciroppo di glucosio. Gusto abboccato, acido, poco amaro. Calda, astringente, vinosa , poco carbonata. Molto coraggiosa.equilibrata ed armonica.

Uklar, rød/gyllen farge og nesten uten skum. Medium kullsyre. Lukter syrlig og søtt, kirsebær/eple. God munnfølelse, smaker syrlig av bær. Veldig god!

Bottle pours hazy reddish brown with a big head, exteemely carbonated. Nose is rustic raisin, grains, dark fruit, tart, oak. Taste is tart dark cherry, cola, grape, vanilla, plum, red wine. Finish is tart earthy dark fruit, grape, leathery, and some barrel notes. Good, but not really worth the price.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Amber colour with touch of red. Big, bubbly shiny off white head. Aroma is light raspberry, bit of creaminess, herbal. Taste has similar light fruitiness, bit of funkiness and a touch of sourness. It’s nice enough, but it’s nowhere near as nice as the Belgian equivalents. Too much booze and too little funk.

Draft… Clear Longhorn-orange ale with a quickly-dissipating white head. The subtle bouquet offers faint notes of grapes and dried fruits along with a rumor of smoke. Full-bodied with stinging carbonation. The flavor is lightly tart and mildly bitter up front, and then tangy and minerally on the backside.

Pours in red amber body with heavy long lasting foam. Aroma has woody cherry notes, goes to raspberry almost, light strawberry, very nice. Taste is light dull sweetness with low bitterness. Flat light body with low carbonation.

Pours murky amber with a beige head. The aroma is tart and has the grapes apparent along with berries, lactic acid and funky / wild yeast. It has a medium rich smooth body (could be due to getting last pour from bottle) and light soft carbonation. The flavor starts off with malty caramel, tart berries, sweet grapes, bugginess and pepper. The finish has earthy / funky / buggy farmhouse yeastiness, spices and sourness. Pretty nice.
