COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
- Lorenzo Dabove in arte Kuaska

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours cloudy copper with an attractive beige head and a sour fruity aroma. There is a complex sour flavor that is dominated by red currant and there is a also some unspecified berry flavor, yeast (brett?) and caramel malt. Very tasty.

Bottle: Poured a clear reddish color beer with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of oak and light tart cherry with some vinous notes as well. Taste is a great refreshing mix between some oak with light tart cherries and some vinous finish. Not too sour and very light acidic notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Too expensive for what it is but very enjoyable noenhteless.

Keg at brewdog Bristol
Hazy amber chestnut, lacing cream head sour, cider vinegar (slightly acetic nose). Full bodied, fine carbonation, high sweetness, rodenbach grand cru territory, bretty grassy dryness in finish. Nice

Keg at Brewdog Brum. Amber (I love Bish). Blimey, this is a strange one. Has definite rouge fruit notes, but coupled with genuine tree bark flavouring, which is dry, earthy and has hints of choc. Is it sour? Kind of. There is rosehip. I have never eaten a rosehip. On the whole: up.

@ Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Dark amber/red colour, nice thick layer of white foam. Medium carbonation. Fruity aroma (red fruits), also a vinous character. Sweet with sour notes. Complex and easy drinkable. Very good!

Bottle, Hazy red/brown, big off white head. Huge strawberry and blackberry nose, bit of citrus, some light funk, bit of mustiness and light spice on the nose.Taste is fruit all the way, strawberry, rhubarb and bit plum notes. Light citric funk, slight musty sourness, pepper, more red berry. Great fruit sweetness coupled with the citric musty tang. Nowhere near 8%. Really clean and refreshing, a biting quench of thirst. Great stuff.

The wine like notes and lemony funk override any foo foo fruity aspects. Dark amber pour, almost berry like color. Sour without the vinegar, as previously stated. Strawberry and red grapes. Pretty nice brew though not a standout in one of my favorite styles."

Bottle. Murky brown pour with a short, fizzy tan head. Strong sour fruit, funky yeast, damp leather, sweat and wet earth in the nose. Grape skins and wine notes as well. Taste is big sour fruit, lemon juice, sweat, leather notes, damp earth, moist basement, and wet oak. Body is light-medium with a soft, fizzy carbonation. Lots of acidic notes, vinegar and a bone dry finish. Ends with more huge sour fruit notes, grape skins, wet leather, big yeast notes, wet wood, and moist earth.
