Oak amber ale. Fermented and maturated only in oak vats. The name "Madamin" is a piedmontese word meaning "young lady". Available in 375 ml or 750 ml bottles. ---
Oak Amber Ale. 5,7%

Draft at Fermentation. Deep amber red pour with a soapy tan head. Aroma is sour cherries, red wine vinegar, oak and lactic acid. Flavor is oak, tart dried fruits, vinegar and backing caramel malts. Medium bodied with a quick, dry and tart finish. Not bad, just missing some things.

On tap at Engine Room Mystic. Brown with minimal head. Quite tart nose. Tart and a bit musty. A bit dirty on the finish, malt minimal. Good bit of sour though.

Tap @TCBW2015. Cloudy red grapefruit juice color. Small size, brown head, stays. Vinegar, sweet, fruity, sharp notes in aroma. Not this again!? Sour, acidic, medicinal and some weird herbs in taste. Acidic mouthfeel. Way too aggressive. Maybe not that bad, but just not really my taste.

Tap at Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend 2015. Hmm. Very little notes. Seems like I found it to be very strange and hard to describe. Oaky, dry, sour, harsh medicinal bitterness. Body medium, carbonation near flat. Too much wood. A strange brew even though I’ve grown to like Sours.

Will probably rerate when in Italy.

Tap@tcbw15. Amber, slight brown, hazy. Bruine old dry fruityness, some hay, oakyness. Quite nice. Med light bodied, some tartness. Quite nice dry fruit flamish feel. Some thinness flavourwise though.
