Oak amber ale. Fermented and maturated only in oak vats. The name "Madamin" is a piedmontese word meaning "young lady". Available in 375 ml or 750 ml bottles. ---
Oak Amber Ale. 5,7%

Draft at Fermentation. Deep amber red pour with a soapy tan head. Aroma is sour cherries, red wine vinegar, oak and lactic acid. Flavor is oak, tart dried fruits, vinegar and backing caramel malts. Medium bodied with a quick, dry and tart finish. Not bad, just missing some things.

Alla spina. Fantastica, poco da dire. La gradazione alcoolica č giusta, equilibrato l’acido e la nota vinosa č spettacolare. Un signora birra!

Draft @ in de Wildeman. Reddish amber with a small white head. Aroma of sour fruits, funk, barnyard. Taste is sour sweet, sour fruits, hint of aceton, dry ending with a sour fruity vineous aftertaste. Nice, too bad for the underlying hint of acetone.

At Wildeman on tap. Wow. Just wow. This is the best beer I have tasted this year. Pours an amber somewhat frothy cloudy beer. Perfectly balances sour with sweet. Complex, fresh delicious. I can taste all kinds of things and it keeps tingling on my tongue. Beautiful stuff. Maybe I should buy the rest of the barrel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled (backlog). Rubyish amber, close to copper colour with a small white head. Aroma is sour wood, some funk along with dryish wooden notes. Flavour is sour and tart wood along with some cherries, a bit acidic notes and quite dry palate. Quite nice, but lacks a proper "depth dimension", which leaves it a bit thin as for the flavour.

Dark copper ambery color with very little foam. Very sour smell. The taste is aggressively sour and dry. The aftertaste is dry.

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2015 Dark reddish color with small head. Cherries, dark fruits, hints of cardboard/chalk oak, some vinegar or balsamico. Not too sour, more of a full cherry-malty taste. Carbonation is present.

Draft to taster at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a hazy reddish amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have tart dark fruit, cherry, apples, vinegar, acidic, oak, some hints of vanilla, the finish is a touch watery, I would drink it again, but wouldn’t necessarily seek it out.

Na dzień dobry wita nas piękne uderzenie końskiego zadu :) Mokre siano, zbutwiałe drewno to kolejne skojarzenia, w tle fajne winne aromaty, trochę winogron, przejrzałych jabłek i karmel.
