Draft at Fermentation. Deep amber red pour with a soapy tan head. Aroma is sour cherries, red wine vinegar, oak and lactic acid. Flavor is oak, tart dried fruits, vinegar and backing caramel malts. Medium bodied with a quick, dry and tart finish. Not bad, just missing some things.

Tap@tcbw15. Amber, slight brown, hazy. Bruine old dry fruityness, some hay, oakyness. Quite nice. Med light bodied, some tartness. Quite nice dry fruit flamish feel. Some thinness flavourwise though.

Tap @TCBW15. Deep amber, thin white head. Light vinegar, ripe apples in aroma. Flavor has some buttery notes, apples. Quite nice but the buttery notes were disturbing.

Bottle at a big tasting (Nördprovning 2015). Fruity and tart smell. Tart taste with some citrus and fruits. Refreshing, not overly tart but enough to make it interesting.

UPDATED: MAR 9, 2015 300 ml on tap at Il Maltese. Dark orange/light copper, pretty hazy, with a small, bubbly but persistent beige head. Damn, the aroma is huge, pungent and intense. Balsamic vinegar, wood/oak, a bit of leather presence and sweet fruits under spirit. Slightly funky as well, but it’s perhaps too complex/difficult for me as it change quite a bit with every sniff, and there are some notes I can’t really describe. Not overly tart/sour, surprisingly the malts taste is there togheter with a nuts/green coffe beans presence. Woody, fruity and slightly smoky aftertaste. Average carbonation, light to medium body, slightly oily texture. Very interesting and pleasent enough.

Very nice dark fruit, oaky, woody aroma and flavors. Almost cherry like but no sweetness, just dark woody fruitiness. Makes me thing of rodenbach grand cru. Full flavored, maybe a bit watery palate for how dark it is, but a really nice sour brown. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a cloudy amberish caramel with foamy off-white head. Smells oaky and mildly tart with notes of amber malt and a touch of toast. Tastes kind of like it smells, but unbalanced, with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Meh.
