Sour, barnyard character with notes of fruit. Appearance is copper with a very small white head. Flavor is has a moderate amount of sourness with notes of fruit. Mouthfeel is medium with low carbonation. Overall it's an interesting sour beer. The Nebbiolo grape seems to add more color than flavor. Also the carbonation is way too low. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Deep amber with ruby reflects, little head that rapidly disappears. Nose is vineous, red fruits, some floral notes, lactic and funky, amazing! Taste is acidic, vineous, fruity, a bit shy in the end, low carbonation. Refined beer, I wish it had a higher body and more complexity.
