Bottle at Örebro Ölcafé. Tart smell with wood, boozy. Similar taste. It tasted like it had aged on wooden grappa barrels. A bit boozy but not too bad.

Taste is also medium tart acidic and sweet fruity with notes lemon red berries wine must and esters. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, tasty sour

Bottled at NK Bar, Stockholm. Hazy reddish amber, minimal head. Citric nose with woody wine. Tart with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lemony, woody and somewhat vinous. Tart tanninic chardonnay, notes of gooseberry. Elegant, yet intense.

"Head" gone in seconds to clear dullish copper-amber beer. Very low carbonation. Vinous nose, even fortified wine, but not sweet. Fruity, yes. A delicate fruitwine, say. Vinous, fruity, red fruit or berries, lemon, raisins without sweetness. Only the very finish has something sweet-ish, if again very fruity. Dry-out effect, near astringent, bit thin. Almost no carbonation. Nice fruitbeer, but if you’re expecting Nebbiolo d’Alba, as I did, wrong choice. Purchased at Desolari in Aalter

Bottle share at Leighton’s. Thanks to Paula. BB 2021, 8%. Hazy dark orange, lightly sparkling, small bubbly white head. Aroma is tangy lemon sherbet, floral, herbs, dried apricot. Body is medium, tingly carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste is lemon, tangy and sherbety, dried candied lemon shreds and pineapple, dry acidic finish. Not getting much grape. Decent sour.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Lornaul. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a creamy off-white head. The aroma holds some tangy peach and melon. Light-medium sweet flavor with acetic bite, light salt, very slight plastic, wood, berries. Light to medium bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, with somewhat bracing acidity, some tangerine, melon, light booze. Solid.

Bottle shared at Leighton’s. It pours clear amber with a decent white head. The nose is funky, musty, white wine vinegar, bready, some mouldy blue cheese and varnish. The taste is crisp, bitter, sour, toasty, decent acidity, grape skin, gooseberry, light alcohol, cereal, bread and decent mouth-pucker with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty decent sour. Not a game changer, but drinks well.
