COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beer inspired to the old real Russian imperial stout style. Dark beer made with a generous quantity of roasted cereals as black roasted and chocolate. After-dinner or with chocolate. The name you can translate with "high priestess". Available in 375 ml bottles.

Draught @ BBF2011. Brown to black pour, tan head. Aroma is roasty, yeasty, some plum, fruits and licorice. Flavor is bitter roasty, sweet sugary and with a full body.

Tap @ BBF 2011. dark brown color. Smells like italian barbera wine. Roasted malt and ash in the very vinous flavor. Long roasty vinous aftertaste.

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival @ De Molen, Bodegraven. Color: pitch black, opaque. Huge brown head. Smell some sourness, roastyness and fruits. Taste alcohol, sour, roasty, coffee. No carbo, low body.

Draft @ Borefts Festival 2011, Bodegraven NL. Pitch black with a huge brownish head. Smells sugar, but also sour fruits. Tastes coffee, sour and roasty. No carbo, medium body.

On draught at the Boreft Beer Festival, 2011. A black beer with a tarry, oily mouth-feel. Nice and smoky with mild carbonation and CO2 prickle.

Dark brown with almost no head. Malty nose, caramel and raisin. Taste has grapes and bread. And then the sour comes in! Light sparkle. What an interesting brew. Very glad I tried this. (At Borefts)
