This beer started as a fermentation mistake with our flagship Henley Gold, giving us the sourness and drinkability of a Berliner Weisse. It tasted great but we thought it would be interesting to add a wild character to the beer. we filled used Frencg Pinot Noir barrels with the sour beer and a host of other good bacteria and wild yeast, then closed the door.

Keg @ Birmingham Beer Bash July 14. Pours hazy gold with white head. Smells like the stuff you swill your mouth out with at the dentists. Taste is fruity with mango, citrus and lychee and a sharp sour character. Alright.

750ml bottle. Pours a clear bright golden colour with a foamy white head that dissipates away. Aroma of citrus tang, woody oak and brett. Taste is light malt & lemony citrus sour nicely balanced with vanilla, oak and funky brett notes. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sourish but clean finish. Very drinkable.
