[ Courtesy of Fin & Loz ]. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy horse blanket, grape, leather, funky. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, grape, horse blankt, citrus - tart, funky, wine, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. From tap at the Rake, thanks to Mes for a pour of this. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is fruity and mild acidic. Barnyard smooth and slight acidic. Acidic, fruity and barnyard aromatic flavoured. Shivering sour. Ends dry and acidic. Will likely get even better with some longer aging.

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour with a minor white head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, bready, some mild sour wooden notes as well as mild herbal notes. Flavour is sour wood, some tartness, mild herbal notes as well. dry palate. Pleasant sour ale.

On tap at the Rake. Clear bright gold beer amber brew. Little white head. Sourish grapey nose Duh! Light crisp palate. A little dry. Mild tartness - enough to tantalise the taste buds. Some minerally spritziness. Tangy finish. Nice drinkable sour, vaguely ciderish.

Bottle shared at CBC - Clerkenwell, London. Pours clear yellow with a fine, white foam head. Fairly funky aroma, dank dough, ripe lemon. Light to medium sweet flavor, robust tangy lemon and other fruits, good funk. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Very clean finish, light bitterness, white grapes, some mellow lemons, faint sweaty funk. Very nice beer, highly drinkable stuff.
