Appearance: Hazy golden, minimal head.
Aroma: Citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit, mild floral hop aroma.
Flavour: Bitter lemons dominate, gingery spiciness.
Palate: Snappy carbonation up front, thin and spicy through the middle, and a short drying finish.
Overall: Not bad effort for Indonesian brewer.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Purchased this one from the Coco Gourmet in Discovery. It produced a sunny orange and thinly hazed with an effervescent, shortlived fluff. Sour, lemon tinged, clean malt and yeast meets a lick of gooseberry and chamomile on the nose. Quite sour on the palate, tart but controlled with a dry, flowing, wheat malt finish. Little clove-like phenols, a touch of vanilla, lemon zest to lift it, yeast and low base malts. The body light with high carbonation making this bounce across the palate. No written letter to mum, but easy drinking it certainly is! (33cL, BB 03/14, South Kuta, Bali, Indonesia)

2.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Not undrinkable, but hardly a great wheat beer. Low head, pale in color. Beware of mistreated bottles in Bali (hot shelves).

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: NOV 21, 2012 Draught at Portico, Senayan, Jakarta. Cloudy golden, rich but brief head. Citric tangerine aroma. Mid sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Flavour of coriander and lime juice.Soft and freshening. Really good wit, glad I dared having another go after their disastrous bottles.
Old rating - bottled, in Jakarta. Cloudy straw colour, rich but brief head. Lemony nose. Acrid sourness from evident infection. Medium bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Lemony dishwater flavour. Completely ruined, more than 1 year before BB date. (1/2/2/2/3 = 1.0)

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle from Hardy’s supermarket, Sanur, Bali. ABV is 5%. Hazy greyish pale yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Typical hefeweizen-aroma of cloves and over-ripe bananas, also other decaying fruits. Tolerably refreshing flavour, cloves, citrus and banana, some acidity, hardly any noticeable hops.
