Lovely rich brown, brief head. Stodgy husky grainy aroma. Soft palate, smooth malty body. Woody taste, some wine, or even cognac. Lovely full grainy nutty maltiness comes through in the finish too, with some woody bitterness, and some slightly extracty hops too. Good alt-style dunkel.

Served ice cold on tap, had to let it warm up a touch before i could taste anything at all. Pretty simple stuff, light caramelly, with a kinda short finish, sweetish, with minimal bitterness. Uncomplex and pretty easy to drink.
