Pours deep orange yellow cloudy, with white rocky head. Aromas are citrus, wheat, yeast and fruits. Palate is light, medium bodied and carbonation mouthful and creamy. Taste is sweetish, yeasty, wheaty with notes of fruitness and dryness. Finish is medium long, fruity with plums and mild dry end. Overall decent average Hefeweizen which has its own creamy texture.

A cloudy, dark yellow colored beer with a firm, white layer of foam. A slightly, fruity aroma, but not much sweetness. It has quite a bitter taste, but slightly sweeter than a pilsener, and with a very faint touch of banana. This moves on into the aftertaste. 500 ml. bottle. Fles, 500 ml.

Can from local Jumbo, BB 22.07.16, large sample. Hazy golden color, medium rocky head. Aroma of spicy wheat, citrus, banana sweetness, slight clove, slight tobacco and cardboard. Typical weizen basically. Soft sweet in taste, banana, bit sweet vanilla. Ok weizen.

CAN 50 CL. Cloudy orange, medium sized head. Classic aroma and taste, light fruity, spicy clovy, some wheat beer tartness. The body is rich and smooth. The malt sweetness is well hidden by the spice, which does beyond the classic clove and into the band aid territory. Good.

Bottle. Aroma has banana, grain and citrus. Taste has banana, yeast, grapefruit. Body is a bit light, aftertaste is short. A good basic Weiss anyways.

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2015 Ganske god hefeweisse fra Löwenbrau. Fin smag. Tilpas bitter. Kedelig udseende og smug.

Pours a hazy pale golden color, topped with a nice white head, foamy and slowly settling. Wheaty aroma, some fruity feel and bananas of course. Taste is sweet(ish) and wheaty, some hint of bitterness. I’d say a bit below average weizen, but still drinkable.
