UPDATED: AUG 30, 2009 Bottle. It pours a hazy, orange-golden body under an off-white head. Banana and cloves dominates the aroma, with some citrus and pale malts. Sweet, malty, wheaty flavor with a good dash of banana. Not as spiced as I would like it. Dry body, medium to full body. Nice bitterness in the finish, with fruityness. A rather nice and pleasant hefe-weizen. 090619

Fruity wheat malt aroma but not strong. Smaller head but darker color than average wheat beers. Malt sweet. Carbonation and body are at a higher level than average wheat beers. Nice beer.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2015 It is not a bad Hefe-Weissbier. The colour is typical brown-yellow and troubled. The carbonation is regular for this kind of beer. I could say, in my opinion, that we feel this taste of wheat but we feel a bit this side of banana. I drank this beer with my wife before a mousaka made in our flat.
