troyc (1173), Lubbock, Texas, USA Nov 6, 2009 [Bottle] I have tried this beer a few times in the bottle, can and on tap. All tasted pretty similar. Pours a light golden color with a quickly receding white head. Aroma of cereal grains and wet grass. Sweet light malts and grains dominate the taste. Enough hops are present to lend a crisp finish, but the overall grainy character shines through. Not much happening here, but it’s certainly drinkable. jonno (542), Brisbane, Australia Nov 4, 2009 Tap. Not bad. Light, easy drinking with a light hop bite. Good summer beer, but rather one dimensional and a tad uninteresting. Still a decent tipple. BückDich (4793), McCall, Idaho, USA Oct 27, 2009 Bottle: Pale fizzy yellow, light white head. The nose is lightly wheaty with some light husk and toast. A bit of german yeastiness and some more husk in the flavor. Thin body and a fizzy mouthfeel. A very drinkable german lager. troopie (851), USA Oct 27, 2009 Bottle. Poured pale yellow with medium lasting white head. Little lacing. Pleasant malty and grassy aroma. Moderate flavour, some biscuity malt and a little ruskiness. Light hoppiness in the finish, mild and relaxing. kwerikson (65), burlington, New Jersey, USA Oct 23, 2009 poured out a pale yellow champainge color with a bubbly white head that fell within a minute. there is super thin lacing along the glass but falls right back in the brew as soon as you stir it up. the aromas are a dry white wine such as a chardonay or pinot grigio. the flavors are are a little on the week side with not much hop taste or malt but a combination of the crazy water they used and all the ingredients they used. there is not much aftertaste in the finish but it does finish very dry which is plesent. 184601 (143), Mexicali, Mexico Oct 20, 2009 I dont know what the buzz of this its all about, i mean its a nice beer and i would drink it again and it has a long tradition but to me, this is a Good Quality lager, but nothing of the another world, presenting almost all the characterictics of a German lager Hermod (262), Vantaa, Finland Oct 13, 2009 50cl can, local store. Pours clear, yellow color. thin head, fades away fast. malty hoppy aroma, hoppy sweet flavour, dry finish. OK , quite refreshing. Swalden28 (1442), McKinney, Texas, USA Oct 12, 2009 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a light yellow with fast fading white fizzy head. Aroma has a nice light, even balanced malt back bone and hop. Flavor is nothing outstanding but it is still tasty. Mouth feel is light body, watery, high carbonation. Overall, it’s a decent easy drinking lager.
