pours medium gold with an ok white head. corn, faint malts, hint of sweetness, some discreet toasted malts, skunkiness, light grassy-herbal profile, dry and short finish. average carbonation, light body. boring german macro brew.

500ml can poured into frosted dimpled pint glass,clear light yellow with a frothy white head which quickly disappears. Grassy sweet aroma, light dry hops on a light malty background. This European industrial swill has high drinkability, lagerboys rejoice!

Thin and sweet; just too sweet and full of adjuncts. Palate is strangely unbalanced and almost has a salty profile. The finish somewhat redeems itself with an admirable attempt at some faint bitter hops and a touch of dryness.

Pours yellow with a thick white head low retention. Terrible aroma. lots of filler. Very skunky. Reminds me of dollar/can beer. The flavour is very sweet and thin. there are no redeeming qualities in this beer.

Slight skunk aroma to it, otherwise a rather uninteresting helles, not exceptional, not among the best.

500ml can. Pours a clear pale yellow, no head, little bit of lacing. Not much aroma although get hints of apples and sweetness. Clean and crisp taste, no depth or much taste though - guess its nice that its not offensive but prefer something with a little more oomph.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2011 This is one of the bigger Bavarian Helles beers. It pours a nice golden color with a bright white head. IT is a light and subtle version of the style, gotta get it fresh.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2011 This beer manages to stay light with very subtle undertones which are just incredible.
