Decent euro-macrobrew. Smooth taste, a little on the weak side. Decent mouthfeel, with nice tight carbonation. Again, nothing outstanding, but you could do a lot worse.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grass and hay. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Burk systembolaget. Ljusgul klar vätska. Doft av malt och blöt kartong. Lätt och brödig smak. Vattnig med lite citrustoner.

330 ml glass into glass. Pleasant sweet malt nose. Pours very pale yellow with 2 finger sudsy white head. A little lacing. Taste is good, malty, a little alcohol note. Great clean bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Typical eurofare. Huge foamy white head which dissipated to nothing overtop a straw-light amber body. Some skunkyness on the nose and some subtle cereal as well. Pretty standard of the style where there’s not much to the aroma. Howver, it is unique in the higher sweetness on the beer than usual. Sweetness is the predominant character of the finish., Extremely sessionable, sits a little heavier than it should for the style. Carbonation a little higher, has some pilsner characteristics.

Brewed under license by Labatt Brewing Company. Here goes... Pours a clear golden with a medium white head with somewhat good persistence that leaves good lacing. Nose is corn and other cereals, but mostly corn. Taste is of corn again and lightly fruity and metallic. Body is light and carbonation really high and prickly. Overall it was pretty much what I expected...

Rating 1399. Last rating, unless some shithead admin nukes or merges or deletes my shit.

This beer is just as good as any other beer I’ve ever had. Which is to say that all beer is shit. Which is why I’m quitting beer. And let me just leave on this note: I’ve actually had Victoria Bitter and you dumb shits haven’t.

I’ll leave you all with a few photos to ponder:

Blonde comme tant d’autres. Un mince voile la recouvre. Du sirop de maïs au nez, ainsi qu’un gaz quelconque et de la poussière de malt. En se mettant dans l’esprit d’une bière commerciale, elle n’est ni meilleure, ni pire que ses semblables au goût. Rugueuse, effervescente et poivrée. Avec un peu d’imagination, des saveurs fruitées tente de séduire, sans y parvenir vraiment. À part son nom et son étiquette, on l’oublie vite. (1333-011214)
