Smell: Stale, like old bread. Mouthfeel: Full, lively, buttery, average carbonation. Taste: Hops, Bread, Strawberry, grapes, underlying hints of honey. Finish: Malty, some caramel, some short-lasting bitterness. Overall: A good, dense pale lager, malty, not sweet. Quite moreish.

500ml bottle. Aroma is slightly citrus and hop. Appearance is golden with a small white head. Taste is slightly sour and light bitter. A medium carbonation with a soft mouthfeel. Overall a nice sweet and light beer.

Bottle from München, shared with heavy. Golden body, relatively big head. Light sweetish dusty nose... random white wine? Empty taste, vaguely eggy and bitterish. Weak vinuous notes, the bitterish aftertaste being the biggest "character" it shows. This is impressively unimpressive.

Clear golden colour, with foamy white head and lively carbonation. Very atractive smell, but a bit hard to define: malt, cookies, hops, apple, flowers... Pretty much creamy structure. Taste is calmy bitterand it loose some bitternes in aftertaste, but it still doesn’t get in sweet.

Swing-top by 08.06.12. Very nice grassy shock over the citrus in the nose. Thin golden body with a rocky white head. Taste very lightly sweet with light bitterness, focus is on a fat bready malt with some chalk and grassy/floral highlights. Light-medium body is, again, somewhat hard, but man, this is suuuuuper quaffable.

50cl bottle poured into a pint glass. Sparkling straw with two fingers white head. Aroma is sweet malt and biscuit. A bit sweeter than I was expecting. Nice balancing hops with a bit of tartness at the end. Short mild finish. Very drinkable.

Tasted back in September ’11.
Out the bottle and into a Pils glass, chilled. Quite lively on the pour, rushes up the glass with a white surge to settle with a mammoth rocky white head that lifts a good inch out the lip. Body a quickly settling, medium golden amber with a fine bead. Meaty, chunky malt nose with lots of biscuit, barn hay, grit, cereal and toasted grains. Just a little pepper in there to tickle the nostrill, but overall it is quite a sweet waft. Firm body, sweet malts instantly dominate, quite meaty and gritty with mild carbonation and a crisp finish. Lots of Crystal, seems no hops to balance it, a little earthy straw note dwells but does little. As it warms it becomes just a little cloying. Not my cup of..., beer really!
