Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Milky amber in colour with steady head and medium head. Taste of rich and fresh yeast, nuts, grass and mild oranges. Very fresh and nice to drink but altogether nothing special.

0,5 l bottle. A dark orange and unclear in the glass, small white head. Yeast and a low herb on the nose. Starts smooth fruity, light banana, low herb. Little bit dry, later more citrus. Dusty metallic aftertaste with bitter hints. Kind of easy to drink average all day Hefeweizen.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.

Bottle 50cl, a slightly cloudy yellow beer with poor head and retention. Nose is fully on banana. Aroma is medium sweet with malty and light sourish background. Body has wheat notes, again light acid / sourish touch, correct but not outstanding.

Pale dark orange cloudy and murky with weak creamy head. Weak lacing. Aromas strong malty odour, dough, cereal, cough medicine and hay. Palate is flat, medium weak, tart and yeasty. Carbonation is soft, smooth but lively. Taste is slightly bitter but sweet, yet tart a bit. Overall quite OK wheat beer with good sourness (not infected) factor. First sips did not approve it, but half way the glass it is actually quite OK, with good amount of balance.

06/07 A 0.5 l bottle. It poured hazy orange body with medium sized head. Orange, citrus and banana aroma, typical for the style. Flavor, which is usually a down after a good aroma in weizens was really tasty now, lightly sweet, fruity, banana and bubblegum, earthy, with some other spicy notes and even cocoa! Full bodied, smooth, with creamy, chalky and lightly sweet fruity finish. Very tasty, excellent Weizen, bravo Stockbauer!

500ml bottle. Hazy dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, white head. Spicy yeasty and wheaty aroma, a fruity note of orange, some lemon, orange bickie. Taste is unspecific tart, minimally sweet wheat malty, a touch of orange. OK.

Shared with heavy, brought to Croatia by some guests of his (thanks!). Correct weizen appearance. Nice aroma, fresh orange rind, slightly tangy, but in a nice way. Lovely fruitiness overall. Very light chewed up bubblegum. Nice and complex. The taste has a nice sweetish malty backbone, very slightly dusty, even carrying vague notes of chocolate and some light earthiness. Mild bubblegum, some tanginess, superbly drinkable. Mild lacticity. Superbly drinkable. Only some vague bitterness in the aftertaste slightly detracts from the impressive overall experience.
