Clear medium to dark yellow colour with a small large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, vegetable, cabbage water, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to light bitter with a average duration, malty, grass, vegetables. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120215]

Tap. Grassy hops and barley malt aroma. Golden color with moderate head and effervescence. Creamy malt flavor with light green grass hops finish. Easy drinking - like a German pils.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Herbal notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Well-balanced and nice beer. Not a pale lager!

Blond color. Poor aroma. Poor taste, some cereals, high bitterness. Unfortunately, it is common in Switzerland to find such beers.
