1. Cask Handpump at the Lowes Arms, Denton 15/06/2002 Dark amber coloured dry and hoppy. Lasting slight roast malt finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 25/01/2003 (New recipe to the above) Mid brown amber coloured with a hint of ginger spice aroma. Hoppy finish.

Cask Conditioned, at the Saint Albans Beer Festival, 2003.
Deep brown coloured body with a fine white clinging head. Lovely full malt flavour, raw, and complex, somehow old fashioned (as it reminds me of the Pitfield 1837 IPA).
