Draught at the brewpub. It’s unclear golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of newly harvested grain and flowers. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of caramel, malt and the finish is crisp, dry and slightly citrussy. It’s a very nice beer, that we enjoyed in the evening in the extremely cozy Biergarten.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, malty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fruity malt sweet, malt sweet, yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110919]

Growler. Bright yellow, brief head. Bone dry, clean andcrisp. Grassy and light bodied with long resiny bittrness. Hardcore German pils - really refreshing!

Draught at the brewpub. Almost clear yellow colour. Sparkling. Big stable creamy chalk white head. Mild haylike malt flavour, nice clean grain, subtle bready notes. Has a little stable to it, quite nice. Medium bitterness, nice and cleansing. Very well-balanced.
