2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Kristall-König (1859) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - AUG 9, 2011

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Bierkrug (1919) - Idar-Oberstein (In Iraq), Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - MAY 12, 2011
500 ml bottle in Germany, at home thanks to shrubber85. Pours a nice dark gold with a soft fast to go white head. Aroma is the normal hops of a Pils. Taste is rather smooth and sweet for a northern Pils. Palate is weak malt, with no bitterness. This is a very boring beer, but there is nothing wrong with.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 OleR (4247) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 11, 2011
0.5L PET bottle, shared by KnutAlbert. Firm white head. Clear yellow-golden body. Weak aroma of dusty and hay-scented hops, and a whiff of doughy malts. Sourish-sweet, light harsh malt flavor. Some neutral bittering hops is noticable. Light to medium light body strenght. A certain sweetness in the ending. Drinkable, nothing more.

0,5 l bottle from a Berlin LIDL.Hoppy dry, clean, but not very impressive. A thirst quencher, as most German industrial lagers it is very drinkable.
