A yellow beer with a fine head. The aroma is sweet malty - very simple. The flavor is nicely sweet with notes of malt and straw. The carbonization plays on the tongue. A very average pils.

Bottle. Clear light yellow with a white head. Sugary aroma of malt and hops. Some hoppy bitterness in taste but the finish is quite harsh and metallic.

A typical example of a North German pils, with a light grainy malt character and hoppiness that dominates the flavour profile, this particular example is re-freshing and easy to drink.

Bottle 0,5l. Puors pale yellow clear body with white tight head. Aromas hops, sweet malts, grains. Palate thin with lively carbonation and mouth feel. Aftertaste sweet malts and medium short hops finish. Overall balanced and drinkable Pils.

Flaske 0,33l fra Getränke-Quelle i Göttingen. Fortært på rom 304 i Hotel Intercity, Göttingen 8 Mar 12. Veldig lys gylden. Gulskjær. Medium høyt luftig skum som varer noen minutter. Søt parfymert aroma med innslag av frukt. Smaken er søt frukt. Plommer. En aner litt mais. Litt syrlig ettersmak. En god pils!

Golden color with fine lasting head. Almost no aroma. Typically German lager with a slightly metallic aftertaste.

Bottle @ random German restaurant. Clear golden body, large creamy white head. Vague tones of dusty hops and pale malts. Taste is pale malts, corn and metallic tones in the back. Another meh German pilsener.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light bready and moderate hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 161011

Geruchlich hopfig und herb, pilstypisch. Im Geschmack herb ausgefallen und recht stimmig. Allerdings machen sich im späteren Verlauf arg metallische Anklänge bemerkbar, welche das Trinkvergnügen doch arg trüben. Schade drum. Test vom 12.5.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche

V Typical N German steely hops, lager ’bite’ but surprisingly refreshing w its dry palate and grassy finish, Slight lemon, and interesting tofe malt follows later on!
