December 2012: Brown Session Ale brewed with Crystal Rye and Carapils. Expect a unique maltiness from the Crystal Rye that will lend caramel, toffee, and a deep breadiness to this drinkable Brown Ale. German Spalt hops provide a nice balance to the maltiness, and lends a fruity and earthy note to the aroma. Fermented with a clean American Ale yeast strain, this beer is quite drinkable, yet full of flavor. Perfect for the long, cold days that consume the midwest during winter.
