COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Collaboration beer with Coffee Grounds in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Pours a shade of deep, dark brown with a creamy tan, persistent head. pleasant aromas of cocoa and freshly-roasted coffee emerge from a bitter-sweet malt profile. Smooth and silky, it greets the palate with favors of cocoa, hazelnut, and rich, dark-roasted coffee character. Roasted malt notes layer in nicely and add to the complexity of this stout. The finish goes on seemingly forever, as blissful favors of dark chocolate and coffee dance on the tongue.
