Tap at Log Jam, Menomonie. Pours a bright clear orange with a thin head and some carbonation. Flavor is pale malts, biscuits, slightly sweet. Citrus hops and also some notes of pine. Finishes dry. Easy drinking, solid session ale. Great first effort from Lucette.

Sampled this at Minneapolis Beer Fest. Pours a clear golden and has a wonderful aroma full of hoppy goodness. Taste has just the right amount of malt mixed in for a nice balance. I hope to see more from this young brewery!

This is a really good American Pale Ale. Not only does it have good aroma, color and bitterness, it also has a very inviting earthiness to it. Very floral and aromatic. Take that you West Coast brewers!

On draught at the Eau Claire Fire House in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew (just a tad darker than the Shining Dawn Golden Ale) with an average sized off-white head that slowly dissipates to a thin ring and spotty lacing. Aroma of mostly Cascade-style hops, citrusy, with some multi-grain malt and a touch of iced tea. Taste is medium bodied, flavors of mostly citrus hops, some light biscuit and golden gain malt, a hint of grapefruit and some floral hops. Finish is semi-dry with a lingering mild bitterness that slowly disappears. A solid American Pale Ale
