COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Farmer’s Daughter is a blonde ale with a malty and fruity aroma. The addition of coriander and grains of paradise also lends mild spicy aromatic qualities.

Tap at pier 500, Hudson, WI. Fresh aroma. Slightly hazy gold body with some white lace. Billed by our server as similar to Spotted Cow. I think it’s better. A solid sessionable ale.

Had this beer at the 4th Annual Casanova Beer Cave Festival. Really light and smooth, good for camping.

Tap at Casanova Beer Cave festival. Golden pour with a smaller spotty white head. Pale malt, lightly hopped, but a little bland I thought.

Tap sampled at a restaurant in Eau Clare. The beer pours to a vibrant golden body with a starch white head and sexy lacing. Thick coating head. The aroma is typical and simple with nice pale malt and clean hops. The flavor is sweet pale malt with a sweet cascade like hop. Very smooth and crisp. Spices are subtle. The palate was smooth and crisp. I liked this a lot and thought it was well made. Very sessionable.

Sampled this Belgian wit at the brewery, Great Taste of the Midwest 2011, and at the Eau Claire Fire House. At all three locations pours a semi-hazy golden straw colored brew with a fast dissipating off-white head that dissolves to a thin white ring. Aroma of golden grain malt, some floral hops, a hint of orange and lemon zest and a touch of allspice. Taste can be either sweet fruity or tart tropical fruit with golden grain malt malt, orange/lemon zest and some dry herbs. Finish is crisp, light bodied, with a very short bitterness that quickly disappears to a clean cut aftertaste. Very refreshing when tapped fresh, but she’s a little fragile that it can easily pick up secondary flavors if beer line is not clean or aged a little longer after tapped.
