Tap at Log Jam, Menomonie. Pours a bright clear orange with a thin head and some carbonation. Flavor is pale malts, biscuits, slightly sweet. Citrus hops and also some notes of pine. Finishes dry. Easy drinking, solid session ale. Great first effort from Lucette.

Thanks to Bob! Poured clear, fiery orange with a thick, creamy beige head. The aroma picked up fresh pine resin and citrusy hops over supportive bready notes and a kiss of honey.. loved it! The flavor found tangy pine on the tip of the tongue with sweet caramel and honey backing.. hops were starting to break down, and the brew lost its flow (still good stuff in there). Light-medium bodied with good carbonation.. solid brew.

Tasted from a 16oz. can. It poured a hazy amber with a frothy white head and even lacing. Bright citrus hop aroma. The taste is a smooth balance of bitter hoppiness and malt. A pale ale that will please those who lean heavy to IPAs.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2013 16oz can. Unfiltered orange-copper. Thin steady white head. Earthy soapy hop bill and a steady malt backbone. Rather straightforward, pretty good. Has a full mouthfeel and body for a beer of 5.2%. English yeast notes. OK, but comes off kind of cheap, not so enjoyable.
