Aug 8, 2008 Bottle. Malty, smell of black bread, moderate hoppy and light touch of toffee. A large off-white fizzy head, which is normal long lasting. A dark orange clear body. A bitter and dark taste, with is average long duration. Flat carbonation, a medium body with a creamy texture.
A nice beer.

Oct 16, 2007 Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is earth, malts, hops and some wood. Flavour is the same along with bigtime grassyness. Aftertaste is earthy and grassy. Quite pleasantly balanced.

Amber color, quite small white head. Light vinegar, barnyard, nuts and grain in the nose. Crisp carbonation. Some caramelly notes then nice hoppy bitterness - long enough, but not too bitter. Not a very typical kellerbier.
