COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Air is the lightest beer produced by Lucid Brewing. A blend of the palest malted barley and wheat combined with a mix of American hops give this beer a sweet citrus aroma with hints of mangos and key-limes. The smooth light body is effervescent and finishes clean and crisp. Filtered to perfection, this beer is great for the boat, sitting around the campfire, and everyday enjoyment.

Bottled. A yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt, citrusy hops, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes malt, straw, and citrusy hops, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap at Winterfest 2013. Clear yellow pour. Maybe some hops and malt in aroma and taste. I might be generous with my ratings here, this was just not very interesting.

Pours a pale yellow. Smallish head. Some hop citrus in the aroma. Flavor is light with just a touch of pepper. Also some citrusy notes and grassiness. Good, not great.

Like fireworks in the mouth. Sulfuric notes in a good way, resonant with herbs. Not so much cranberry but orange, herbs, and soft marmalade dessert loafs. Hazy, soft yellow with decent, very clingy white head. Excellent. (hand-pulled firkin at the Muddy Pig, St. Paul)

Draft sample. Yellow in colour with strong carbonation. Basic aromas of earthy/slightly lemony hops, pilsner malt, and minerals. Flavors have a sort of non-descript citrus twang, limestone, and pilsner malt. Light bodied with a firm bitterness. Simplistic thirst quenching stuff. Nothing special, but you could do a lot worse.

12 oz. bottle. Pours clear pale gold with a foamy white head that slowly dissipates to a film and lacing. Aroma is grain grass hay. Taste is more grain and hay with a watery lemon notes. Palate is thin and dry. Moving on.

On tap at the MN State Fair Initially was ok but the decent flavor turned into a weird after taste. Very light wheat and bitter hop flavor that disappeared. Not good, at all.
