COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian-styled Sasion. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized. The beer has a hazy orange hue due to the yeast which stays in suspension. The flavor and aroma are fruity and peppery with notes of citrus zest and cloves. The 5.5% ABV beer will be available in 6-packs and on draft during the summer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a minimal head. Flavor is mild, light malt and cereal, along with some fruity notes of banana, clove, a bit of black pepper. Finish is dry, with a little beat of heat on the back of the throat. Medium bodied. Easy sipping session brew.

This was a "beer of month club" offering given to me by a friend. It pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that foamed up majestically. Light lacing. Nose of Belgian yeast, light fruit, and some funk. Medium body and a highly carbonated mouth feel. Flavor is the fruit, and some spice zing. Finished with a light funk and a hint of citrus. Nice enough drinking..

Bottle at porch nite thanks to Chad. Pointless a hazy yellow with an enormous white head. Yeasty some fruitiness. Fairly sweet. Too sweet but overall decent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazed out, clouded goldfish orange with some brown interlacing. Impressively firm off white head that was quite resilient. Nose is exceedingly aromatic: hay, mud, pungent perfume hops, lavender. Definitely some barnyard funk in there as well. Pretty complex beer. Nice effervescence, which gives way to a cracker and biscuit-laden malt backbone that was undetectable in the aroma. Has a bright fruity element as well: juniper berries and wildflowers. A nice deviation from the herbal/lemon qualities usually found in Saisons. Well done.

Pours cloudy golden with nice white head....nose is fruit bubblegum and yeast...mouth is typical belgian flavor...a little spice and lots of barnyard....not good not bad just kinda there....funny but beer was better after a menthol cigarette.

Beer of month club. Pours hazy yellow color with bright white foam head. Nose is yeast, some tropical fruit and some soapy-type aroma. Taste has some spice and a little bitterness. Kinda simple and, while not bad, not all that interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A hazy yellow body with a big head that had nice retention. Aroma was a little on the mild side. Still had a nice spice profile and some bubblegum. A nice barnyard note. Flavor similar. Yeast notes came through a little in the finish. An okay beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared by nuplastikk...thanks Greg! - Pours hazy golden with a thin white ring of head. Nose is tropical fruit, light spicing, dusty yeast, and white pepper.Taste is roughly the same--sweet and a bit of peppery yeast on the finish. Slick and a medium body.

Pour on tap at Happy Gnome, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought pepper, grass, hints of sweet peach and pear, slight herbal and floral notes, lots of sweet sugars in there. Taste is a mix of sweet white fruit, orange, hints of grass, biscuit and bread in there, touch of floral and herbal notes, finishing sweet.
